Category: Miscellaneous Peak to Peak Family Resource Directory The PEAK TO PEAK COMMUNITY RESOURCE DIRECTORY is now current - as of August 2005. Click the "Directory" tab above to view. The intent of the directory is to expose and educate the community about the services available in the Peak to Peak region for low- income families and other residents. To access the directory go to the top of the page and look to the right on the title bar for "Directory." Due to limited funding for printing and distribution, we suggest downloading a copy from this website or the Gilpin County website and printing it for yourself or simply referring to it online. History: In collaboration with Melissa Selby of the Columbine Clinic, PPHCP published 1,000 directories in 2000 to help families be aware of the myriad of services available to them in the area. The Gilpin County Commissioners later funded an update and printing of 1,000 more directories. The directory was updated for 2003 with the help of the Area Service Providers Network, and the facilitator of that group, Shelley Moore. The 2005 edition was updated and compiled by Bridget Fearing, PPHCP Project Manager, with funding from the Gilpin County department of public health.
