Who We Are: Peak to Peak Healthy Communities Project (PPHCP) has been working in Gilpin County and the Greater Nederland Area for over 10 years with the mission of bringing people together to positively impact community issues. We help people to have respectful and effective conversations. Some we seek out and others we are asked to facilitate. As a result of these conversation we sometimes coordinate projects and identify and secure funds to implement them. Another way to describe our work is that PPHCP acts as a convener and facilitator that seeks to help increase involvement and action of the most pressing community issues as the community sees them. We provide a way for the community to come together in a respectful manner, discover common ground and take action.
